  Dismissive and rude! I needed to buy a MacBook Pro for work and only needed one question answered. There were 3 employees standing in a huddle and my wife very politely asked for help. An employee with cowboy boots and a belt with “Northern ....” on it was just so dismissive it was rude. The way he told her to go talk to (insert-name) really upset is both. This was to be my first Apple computer purchase but was just such a stark contrast to my expectations and previous impressions of Apple culture that it has left me feeling I should just stick with PC. Either way, Mac or PC, I’ll definitely take my company’s $4k elsewhere.
