  Tuan and Troy are amazing. I have serious back pain issues and am looking for a new mattress. They kindly showed me all the range of mattresses and guided me through the best one for me. I ended up with an extra firm mattress that was great — they are very helpful and even made a one-day delivery for the mattress which was very helpful for me. I enjoyed my experience at the store very much and will highly recommend anyone who is considering a mattress in the SF Bay Area to come by and buy a mattress from them. Truly too customer service and a five star review - loved it. Thanks again Tuan and Troy!

  Troy is excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping you. He didn't try to upsell or sell me something I didn't need. He is thorough and goes through every aspect of the product description and presentation with a great deal of detail and patience. Additionally, he went above and beyond the call of duty to help me find an old invoice of mine that was incorrectly named and saved in their system, which in turn helped me save thousands on the purchase of a new mattress (price matching).
