The woman helping us did her best but she was on the phone with customer service for almost 20 min, and she also didn't get any help from her manager. The manager could have come in to assist or at least try to have some other person help. Why didn't they help her??

Cool stuff. At Stanford shopping center. Service is little slow. Store does have very nice thing's and furniture. Actually, it's a very big department store.
