When I got there he took care of my watch for free and that was it. In and out in a minute. Thanks, Thor! Just FYI, it wasn't any ol' watch, they are an AD for the brand I had.

Even though they didn't have the watch I had in mind available, he didn't try to steer me towards a different model they did have in stock. I got the impression that the store values long-term customer relationships over making a quick sale.
