  It is a little run down market place that offers more F&B experience than shopping expectation. The place could be remodelled to become a lot more attractive, yet conserve the current lovely heritage look. I am surprised that Palo Alto city is lacked of energy and vibrancy like everyone could imagine about a hub of creativity and young people. Land cost is expensive but buildings are old and outdated.

  Huge outdoor shopping center with lots of variety and places to eat. There's a Trader Joe's there which is always a bit perk. Don't come here in a hurry if you're travelling during peak times as it can take some time getting in and out of the parking lot as well as to find decent parking. If you have a sweet tooth, then check out the Nutella Baby Cake at Mayfield Bakery and Cafe (next to Trader Joe's), it's pure decadence.
